Payment Plans
Plan A – 50% Deposit
The lowest-priced option, with the balance paid in installments every 3–4 months until completion.

Plan B – 20% Deposit

Plan C – 30% Deposit + Mortgage
The remaining balance is financed through a mortgage. Prices are approximately KES 800,000–1,000,000 higher than Plan A.
